Trial Privacy Notice
This notice describes the limited data used to create and operate a 365Loopa trial workspace.
Data collected
The signup flow uses work email, display name, workspace name, language, time zone, legal versions, security challenge result and bounded campaign attribution. It does not collect payment details in this stage.
Purpose
The data is used to verify identity, create an isolated organization, maintain account security, operate the trial and understand aggregate signup sources.
Attribution limits
Campaign fields are length-limited and reject email addresses and full URLs. Only an optional referrer hostname is retained; a full referring path is not stored.
Access and separation
Application records are scoped to the selected organization. Authentication and service credentials remain server-side, and signup intent records are not exposed to browser database roles.
Retention
Trial workspace records are retained for up to 30 days after trial expiry before deletion or anonymization. Security and audit evidence may be retained for up to 180 days. Records may be retained longer when required by law, a dispute, fraud prevention or an active security investigation.
